    OneCall is our business support service created to assist importers and exporters. Includes the “Did You Know” (DYK) email information service to help keep you up-to-date with current international trade and customs issues and full access to the members' area of this website.  The members' area has useful tips on key areas such as Incoterms 2010; glossary of international trade terms; an archive of all DYKs and short presentations.

    All questions are take by email or telephone and response time will generally be within 24 hours during normal working hours 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours service may be requested with OneCall Plus.

    In addition, all OneCall clients receive a discount on S&H LLP public training course of £70.00 per delegate.  Add any one of the OneCall products to your basket now and book a training course at the same time and you automatically receive this discount.
