The new set of Incoterms ®  Rules where released by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in September 2010 and came into force on the 1st January 2011.  The International Commercial Terms are the only internationally recognised delivery terms and the new set has been revised to bring them up-to-date with current logistical and security regulations.  This is the ICC official guide to the new set of terms.

The ICC Publication covering the last set of  Incoterms® Rules - Incoterms 2000.  Though this book is available be aware that the current set is Incoterms® 2010 (which came into force on 1st January 2011) and although old Incoterms® rules never die you are recommended to use the most current, up-to-date set.
