UK Export Control Transparency requirements

Anyone using UK OGELs must ensure they are maintaining a log of the 2014 usage to submit to the Export Control Organisation ECO in January 2015 via SPIRE.  This initiative began in April 2013 and the requirements have changed over time going from monthly to quarterly and finally settling on an annual return.  You must be registered on SPIRE as an authorised party to complete this transparency report.  CHECK OUT ECO GUIDANCE NOTE

Not all OGELs require reporting and all OGELs were amended by the ECO on 6th January 2014. Some in error and they have since been amended.
