UK Parliament must vote on BREXIT

On the 24th January 2017 the UK Supreme Court ruled that an Act of Parliament is required to authorise ministers to give notice of the decision of the UK to withdraw from the European Union. 8 judges formed the majority judgment (Lord Neuberger, Lady Hale, Lord Mance, Lord Kerr, Lord Clarke, Lord Wilson, Lord Sumption and Lord Hodge) Read more of this post
