TNT recovering from cyber attack

TNT continues to recover from last week’s ‘Petya’ cyber-attack, which saw its systems severely impacted resulting in operational difficulties and a backlog of shipments at a number of locations.

In a ‘TNT Operations Update’ issued late last Friday (June 30), parent company FedEx said its new subsidiary company “continues to implement contingency plans to mitigate the impact of the
virus that attacked TNT IT systems. Teams are making solid progress on remediating systems and methodically bringing business critical systems and services back online including mytnt.com.”
